Residential Graduate Surveyor required for our busy and expanding Inverness Residential Team.

You:
• MRICS qualified, with rating experience
• A trainee with rating experience working towards their APC will be considered
• Motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded
• Knowledge and experience of Scottish non-domestic rates law and practice
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of valuation for rating purposes
• Sound analytical skills
• Full UK driving license
The Role:
• Key part of our non-domestic rating team
• Based in Dundee, or potentially in one of our network of commercial property offices throughout Scotland
• Provide clients with professional non-domestic rates advice across a wide range of property types
• Prepare and negotiate rating proposals
• Prepare appeals to the Tribunals Service
• Represent clients in rates relief claims and in discussions with billing authorities
• Build client relationships and help grow the business
