We have a bespoke training programme which enables graduates to quickly stand on their own two feet while at the same time being fully supported both day to day and in their training to ensure graduates gain knowledge and experience across sectors to pass the APC and to become quality surveyors. Taking on graduates is an investment in the future and we aim to retain as many of our graduates as we can long term – indeed many of the current Partners and senior staff have risen through the company having started as graduates.
